Yellow Peaches Digital
Cocktail content from Colorado

Bar-quality drinks with what's already in your kitchen.

Yellow Peaches is led by Johnny Adair, former Bar Manager at Farow in Niwot and the creative drive behind its cocktail program. We share what we've learned behind the bar: how spirits work, how to build a great cocktail, and the techniques bartenders use every shift. Everything is made to be easy and affordable to recreate at home.

Whiskey Pimm's Cup in a tall crystal glass with a strawberry and mint garnish Bourbon · Built · Highball

Whiskey Pimm's Cup

Our bourbon spin on the British summer classic, featured in Whisky Advocate. It's built right in the glass, so you don't need a shaker or any special tools.

~$3.50Per drink
2 minStart to sip
CollinsGlass
  • 1½ ozBourbon (a $25 bottle is plenty)
  • 1 ozPimm's No. 1
  • ½ ozFresh lime juice
  • 3–4 ozGinger beer, chilled
  • 1 + 1Strawberry and a mint sprig to garnish
  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Add bourbon, Pimm's, and lime.
  3. Top with ginger beer and give it one gentle stir.
  4. Garnish with a strawberry and a slapped mint sprig.

Can't find Pimm's? Use 1 oz sweet vermouth with a dash of orange juice. It won't be identical, but it hits the same fruity, herbal notes.
